Sign On Time mobile notaries are just that…notary signers that meet clients when and where we are needed.

We meet folks where they can be reached and helped.  We travel throughout the State of Arizona; from Ajo and Nogales in the South, from Yuma on the West to Safford on the East, as far North as Page and even Littlefield.

Our typical clients are Realtors, Title/Escrow companies, Banks and other mortgage lenders, assisted living facilities, Rehabilitation facilities, Hospices, hospitals, homes… wherever clients need us to come to them.

Documents we understand and have notarized include purchase and sale documents mortgages, power of attorney, translations of foreign documents, certification of copies of documents, all types of vehicle titles, Deeds, Trusts, fingerprint card identification and certification, etc.
